These Payment Terms govern transactions made on IdeaMeld. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Methods
Payments can only be made using a valid credit or debit card. All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment processors. IdeaMeld does not store or handle payment details directly.
2. Purchasing Credits
Users can purchase internal currency (credits) that can be used to generate AI-created images. All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except in cases outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
3. Internal Currency (IDEAs) Usage
IdeaMeld operates with an internal currency known as IDEAs, which users can purchase and add to their accounts. These IDEAs can then be used to acquire digital products or generate AI-created images. The conversion rate is set at 1 EURO = 1.04 USD = 1 IDEA. Payments can also be made in other currencies, and the actual conversion rate will be applied at the time of purchase. When topping up an account in USD, the entered amount is divided by 1.04 to determine the number of IDEAs credited to the account. The exact amount of IDEAs a customer will receive based on their selected currency can be seen in the deposit section. Once purchased, IDEAs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back into real-world currency. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient IDEAs in their account before making any purchases.
4. Pricing and Changes
IdeaMeld reserves the right to modify the pricing of credits and services at any time. Any price changes will be communicated before taking effect, and users will have the choice to proceed with their purchases.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Users must contact IdeaMeld support before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Any chargebacks made without prior communication may result in account suspension or restriction from future purchases.
7. Taxes
Prices displayed on IdeaMeld may not include applicable taxes. Users are responsible for any taxes associated with their purchases as required by their local jurisdiction.
8. Changes to These Payment Terms
We may update these Payment Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Payment Terms.
