Refund and Cancellation Policy

At IdeaMeld, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel a purchase.

1. Purchases and Internal Currency

  • Users purchase internal currency (credits) on IdeaMeld, which can be used to create AI-generated images.
  • All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • If an unauthorized charge was made to your payment method.
  • If a refund is required by applicable law.


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Credits that have already been used to generate images.
  • Failure to use purchased credits before they expire (if applicable).


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team info@idea-meld.com with the following details:

  • Your account email and purchase details.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documentation if applicable.


Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 10 business days if approved.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Since purchases are for digital credits, cancellations are not applicable once a transaction has been completed.
  • Users can continue to use any remaining credits for generating images but cannot request a refund for unused credits unless stated in the refund eligibility.
